Some of our vendors have been with Genesis for many years while others are new to us. We select our vendor partners carefully to be sure they meet the highest quality standards you expect. Yes, our reps attend various trade shows around the country as many of our vendors use these events to showcase their products. These shows include the Atlanta Gift Show, Dallas Gift Show, UNITE CBA Convention, Catholic Marketing Network Show, Christian Product Expo (Hershey and Murfreesboro), Mid-Atlantic Retail Show, and others.

No, Genesis is not a distributor and does not warehouse or ship product. We represent many vendors and our sales team places orders directly with them, who in turn ship to your store.

Yes, each vendor requires a separate account for your store. Your sales representative can assist you in setting up these accounts.

No, please do not mail any payments to Genesis. You will pay each vendor directly with whom you place an order. Payment is either made by credit card or invoiced with vendor select terms.

No, please contact your sales representative to place all orders with our vendors. All of our sales representatives can be contacted directly through our website, here.

Your sales representative is the best person to help you with customer service issues, and they can also assist you with contacting our vendor’s customer service. If your sales representative is unavailable or you have a general question, please email [email protected] and expect a response in 1-2 business days.

Yes, typically you can delay shipping. However, each vendor has an individual policy and that may not always be an option. Our sales representatives can assist you with any questions and provide specials/discounts.

If you have a product line that you are interested in Genesis carrying, you may email [email protected] with the product information, your contact information, and applicable catalogs. Our team will review the information and contact you with next steps if there is interest in moving forward.
