We focus our sales efforts in three main areas: strategic account sales, field sales, and inside sales.
Strategic Account Sales
Our strategic account team is made up of highly experienced and driven reps who focus on sales to Christian chain stores, general chain stores, internet retailers, catalog retailers, and other specialty accounts. Our primary accounts include Mardel, Hobby Lobby, Ingram/Spring Arbor, Christianbook, Choice Books, Books-A-Million, Publishers Clearing House, LTD Commodities, and Starcrest.
Our strategic account team receives dedicated administrative support from Stacie Marquis, who provides knowledgeable and responsive service to our vendors and strategic account buyers.
Our field sales team consists of experienced industry professionals who have both a wealth of industry knowledge and a solid reputation for providing excellent service. Many of our field sales representatives have been with Genesis for more than 10 years and enjoy longstanding relationships with their buyers. Each field sales representative covers a geographic territory and regularly meets with their accounts throughout the year. We know that a physical presence in front of buyers is essential to maximizing sales potential, and we are committed to providing our vendors and retailers with experienced and knowledgeable field representation.
Our dedicated inside sales team provides phone support to hundreds of retailers across the country and understands the importance of building relationships with their buyers. They work hard to provide positive buying experiences and excellent customer service to meet needs as quickly as possible. Our inside sale representatives actively pursue new accounts and leads to grow our account base.
